Warranty
Your new PhotoTech system purchased from PhotoTech/UVA is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the frame, outer shell, ballasts, fans, wiring, hydraulic cylinders, and most mechanical, LED channels (if equipped) and electronic parts. The acrylics and fluorescent lamps (if equipped) are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Labor for repairs is covered for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Your warranty information is automatically entered into our system once you have purchased your new system. No special forms are required. To make a claim during the warranty period, you should call PhotoTech directly at 1-800-274-1744 during normal business hours.
This warranty covers normal use in a proper environment. It does not cover abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications or servicing, intentional damage, freight damage or other incidental damage. This warranty does not cover loss of use, guarantee of fitness for a particular application, loss of income or other incidental damage.
Governing Law: This Limited Warranty shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the substantive and procedural as of the State of North Carolina and the United States of America, conflict of law rules notwithstanding. This Limited Warranty, and all claims, disputes or actions arising thereunder, shall be subject to and conducted in the Courts where the defendant in such claims, disputes or actions is domiciled.
This warranty does not extend to individual parts, only whole systems. Call for information regarding parts, bulbs and LED channels.
